Staying here with friends was awesome! We loved the big meals at the lounge and the friendly staff. The location was great, close to grocery stores and takeout options. We had a blast visiting the local parks and checking out the shops nearby. Make sure to explore the area—it’s super convenient for grabbing snacks before heading back to your room.
The road noise was pretty loud at night, making it hard to get a good sleep. I checked the windows twice to make sure they were shut, but it still kept me up. It was disappointing considering how fun our trip was otherwise.

Cleanliness was good in the budget room.
The budget room felt cramped with minimal amenities. I found it frustrating that there was no lamp despite having electric blankets and a hairdryer. The parking situation felt risky and the long walk around to the front was unnecessarily inconvenient.

The room was inviting, and the surrounding area
Had plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel had easy access to public transport, making it convenient for exploring Launceston. I would emphasize the inconsistency in dining quality, as the meals we ordered did not meet expectations.
